Head Teachers' Experience Sharing Activities
Recently, the Junior High School Division of the east campus launched a unique head teachers' experience sharing activity. The keynote speaker Jinwen delivered a report entitled 'Cultivate with Love and Heart' in which he stressed that head teachers should care for students and teach attentively. Meanwhile, he advocated the educational concept of 'continuous improvement', encouraging head teachers to continue learning and improve themselves.
Additionally, Qian Jinwen pointed out that class management should combine leniency with severity. Also, head teachers should not only give students enough free space, but also maintain the discipline and order of the class. On the other hand, he paid special attention to the physical and mental health of students, advocating the comprehensive development of students through colorful activities and mental health counseling.
In a nutshell, the sharing activity received positive response and high evaluation from the head teachers in that everyone expressed that they would take this opportunity to continuously enhance their education level and class management ability, and create a better environment for the growth of students.
